In Person – just call into the One NK Centre reception where our friendly box office staff will be pleased to help you with your booking. Our Box Office is open 9am – 8pm daily. We do not take bookings for future performances during the hour immediately before curtain-up; this is to ensure that our FOH team can open the auditorium, get everyone seated and deliver the best customer service to our theatre goers. You can always book online at this time [Charges apply].
By Telephone: call us on 01522 883311. We do not charge fees for card transactions made over the telephone.
Online bookings can be made through our secure server, just click on the ‘Book Now’ tab by each event; please note that a booking fee of £1 per ticket will be applied to your order.
If you wish your tickets to be posted out to you, please select the postage option before checking out; postage is payable at £1 per transaction.
Where postage is not selected and paid for, tickets are held at box office for collection.

Payment: The theatre accepts most major credit and debit cards.
Concessions: Concessions are available for: Children under 16 years of age, Students (NUS card), Unwaged, Senior Citizens, people with a disability and their companions. Discounts for community and hire events are at the organisers’ discretion and may not be available for all performances.
Discounts & Special Offers: all discounts and special offers are subject to availability. Discounts must be claimed at the time of booking and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only 1 discount can be claimed per ticket and you may be asked for proof of your eligibility.
Reservations: reserved tickets will be held for 5 days only, after which they will be released for re-sale. If you book within 5 days of the performance date, please collect your tickets at least 15 minutes before the start time; uncollected tickets will be released for sale 10 minutes before curtain-up.
Children & Babes in Arms: families and young people are very welcome at the theatre, but not all performances are suitable for young children; please check the age guidance for each show. Complimentary ‘Tots’ tickets may be available for under 2s if they share an adult seat. Children over 2 years must be paid for. Prams, pushchairs, buggies and carry cots are not allowed in the auditorium.
Young people under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult for reasons of safeguarding.
Latecomers: Will only be admitted to the auditorium at a suitable point in the performance and at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.
Community & Hire Events: patrons are advised that the theatre has no control over the quality of performances and events staged and promoted by hirers and community organisations.
Terms & Conditions of Sale:
Tickets should be checked at the time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified later.
The management reserves the right to alter the advertised programme without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
NOTE: Tickets will not be exchanged or money refunded unless an event is cancelled.
The management reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasion, conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.
The use of photographic and recording equipment is strictly prohibited, unless by prior arrangement with the theatre management.
