To book tickets for any of our upcoming performances or events, simply click on the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the show or event listing. This will take you through to our secure online booking system, hosted by Better Venues, where you can select your seats and pay – all from the comfort of your own home, or even whilst you’re out and about!

Covid-19: the theatre reserves the right to introduce measures to ensure the safety of theatre-goers and our staff at any time, in line with current government advice or restrictions.

Payment: our online booking facility accepts most major credit and debit cards.

Concessions: discounts may not be available for all performances and can vary from show to show.

Group Bookings: you may book up to 9 tickets online. For larger group bookings, please telephone the Theatre Office 01522 701305 [Monday – Friday, 9.30am – 3.30pm]

Accessibility: Our auditorium and the ONE NK Centre are fully accessible for wheelchair users. Patrons who use a wheelchair, or have other access needs, are asked to complete the accessible seating request form, in order that we can get in touch and arrange for you to be comfortably seated.

Latecomers: will only be admitted to the auditorium at a suitable point in the performance and at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

Terms & Conditions of Sale:

Our Ticket Promise: If a performance, show or event is cancelled, we will always refund the face value of your ticket purchase. If a performance / event is re-scheduled, you have the option to carry your tickets forward to the new date, or may request to have the face value of your ticket purchase refunded.

Terry O’Toole Theatre reserves the right to alter the advertised programme without being obliged to refund monies, or exchange tickets.

Theatre Management reserves the right to refuse admission and may, on occasion, conduct security searches to ensure the safety of patrons and staff.

The use of photographic or recording equipment, including mobile phones and other devices, is strictly prohibited.
