Parking:  We offer ample free parking on the ONE NK site, with 2 designated disabled parking bays close to the main entrance and a further 6 within 50 metres.

Electric Vehicle Charging: Two electric vehicle charging points are available, situated to the right of the main reception to ONE NK Centre.

Café:  Situated adjacent to the theatre auditorium entrance, our café bar serves a range of refreshments and is open between 10am and 8pm, or until the end of the interval for evening performances.

Alcohol:  The theatre reserves the right not to sell alcohol at children’s shows and family-friendly performances. Please note: Hot drinks and alcoholic refreshments are not permitted in the auditorium.

Accessibility:  The theatre auditorium, backstage areas and ONE NK Centre are fully accessible to wheelchair users.

Toilets:  The ONE NK Centre is pleased to offer toilet facilities for patrons with a disability and a Changing Place with hoist etc. The theatre has a dedicated toilet/dressing room for disabled performers, situated off the backstage corridor.

Accessible Seats:  A number of seating spaces in our auditorium can accommodate a wheelchair; each accessible space has an adjacent seat allocated for your companion/carer.  If you require a wheelchair space, please complete the accessible seating enquiry form, or call the theatre office on 01522 701305 [9.30am – 3.30pm, Monday – Friday]. A discount for a companion accompanying a disabled patron may be available for certain shows.

Hearing Induction Loop:  The theatre is equipped with an induction loop. [Please switch your hearing aid to the T position]. Kindly note that the induction loop is not available for live music events.

Guide / Assistance Dogs:  Enabling dogs are most welcome. A bowl of water is available on request from the cafe for your canine companion.

Families:  Baby Change facilities are located just off the main reception area. Prams, pushchairs, buggies and car seats may not be taken into the auditorium; please ask our friendly Front of House team if you require safe storage during the performance.

Mobile Telephones: must be switched-off during performances. If you are expecting an urgent call, please leave your ‘phone with a member of our friendly Front of House team, who will alert you should a call come in. Texting, posting on social media and taking/making calls can spoil other people’s enjoyment and disrupt performances. Please be kind and show respect towards other theatre-goers and the performers; you may be asked to leave the auditorium if your actions impact others.

Local Accommodation:  If you’re travelling from out of county to see a performance, you might like to stay locally. We have listed a selection of local guest houses and hotels below:
