Parking – These is ample free parking on the ONE NK site, with disabled bays close to the main entrance.
Café – The Café at ONE NK is situated adjacent to the theatre entrance and is open between 10am and 10pm for drinks and light refreshments.
Alcohol – The theatre reserves the right not to sell alcohol at children’s shows and family friendly performances.
Hot drinks and alcohol are not permitted in the auditorium.
The Theatre and ONE NK centre are fully accessible to wheelchair users. If you require a wheelchair seat please let us know when booking your ticket.
A discount for a companion accompanying a disabled patron may be available for certain shows.
Hearing Induction Loop
The Theatre is equipped with an infrared induction loop. [Please switch your hearing aid to the T position]. Kindly note that the induction loop is not available for live music events.
Guide / Assistance Dogs
We welcome guide/assistance dogs; please advise the Box Office at the time of booking if you wish to bring your canine companion along with you. A bowl of water for your dog is available upon request.
Baby changing facilities are located just off the main reception area.
Please note that prams, pushchairs, buggies and car seats may not be taken into the auditorium; ask our friendly Front of House team if you require safe storage during the performance.
